1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PuraFi’s payments platform and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. The Services

PuraFi provides a payments platform that routes payments, processes reimbursements, issues cards, and settles activity into periodic statements. Banking, custody, and card issuance are provided through our regulated partners. PuraFi does not extend credit or operate a credit line; deferred-payment options are funded by third-party finance partners and repaid to PuraFi on an agreed schedule.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Administrators control role assignment, approval routing, and money-movement permissions for their organization, including dual-control requirements where configured.

4. Payments & funding

You authorize PuraFi to initiate payments, reimbursements, and statement settlements according to your configured policies. Funding may occur via a prepaid Vault balance or an agreed repayment term. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and for the accuracy of payment instructions.

5. Fees

Fees for the Services are as described in your order or pricing page and may include per-user platform fees, per-payment fees for certain rails, and financing processing fees where applicable. Card-rail payments are provided without a per-payment fee.

6. The PuraFi Expense Agent

The PuraFi Expense Agent is a free expense-reporting service accessed through third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT) and your PuraFi expense dashboard. It prepares expense records and report files at your direction; it does not move money, book travel, extend credit, or file taxes. Reimbursement occurs through your employer’s normal process, and your employer’s own expense policies govern what is reimbursable. You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the expenses you record and the reports you submit, and for choosing the recipients of any report you send or any tokenized file link you share — anyone holding such a link can open the files it covers. Use of the Expense Agent inside an AI assistant is also subject to that assistant operator’s terms. We may modify or discontinue the free service; you can export your data at any time from your dashboard.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating law, infringing rights, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or prohibited transactions.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, PuraFi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and PuraFi’s aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees paid to PuraFi for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, except as otherwise set out in an applicable commercial agreement.
